EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time, sent my laptop for repair a week ago. (screen/other damage) Helpful and friendly, let me know of any potential costs beforehand and did a diagnostics test first to make sure there were no other issues. (and was advised that it would not be worth paying for a repair if certain issues were found such as a faulty hard-drive, thankfully the only issue that was found was a swollen battery which matched up with laptop's issue of quick battery drain) Screen is completely fixed and looks great, better than I remember it; and they did their best to fix other damage such as broken hinge and various cracks. (doesn't look great but is stable) Laptop working great as I'm using it right now, performance is great. Patient beforehand and when I came to pick it up and had additional queries/was able to test it in store first, and got some help with settings. Reasonable price altogether, diagnostic test was factored in. Quick service as well, was told that it would be done in 2-3 days. Ordering the spare parts, contacting me when it is and then booking the laptop in for half a day should be pretty simple. Exactly what I wanted and the repair was done well.
